View from my coffee cup

I drank a glass of red wine instead of my usual cup of coffee as I savored my meal (barbecue) at the home of my neighbor and friend, Eulalee.

Summertime is for easy living, hearty laughing and merry making.

I spent all of the past many months wondering when the atmosphere would feel warm, and, finally, it feels warm. I put down my pen, closed up my writing pad, rolled my eyes at my laptop and walked out into the hot sun.

You might take a well deserve vacation, “chill” in your own (or a friend) backyard, and even participate in community happenings. Know that what you do, is good for your soul.

And while you are doing your thing, remember to bring a warm romance novel with you.  May I suggest CRY TOUGH?
