The View from my Coffee Cup

So far, winter’s been snow less in my neighborhood this season….  I walk while ‘Betsy’ hibernates in my garage.

Last week the ladies at the coffee shop sent me an e-mail…Where are you Olive? We miss you. I sent a reply; THE SOLID ROCK is keeping me bog down. (THE SOLID ROCK is my latest inspirational book). Finally I’m done … THE SOLID ROCK is now in print to be enjoyed by all.

I’m at the coffee shop early this morning after a two-month absence. Carol is already at our regular table sipping. We run to each other with open arms and hug.

Mera, Teresa and Paul walk in with a trail of cold wind behind them. We group hug.

Amazing what a two month absence can do to ‘serious’ friendships. Loud talk; much catching up; more coffee; curious on lookers … people joining in our conversation…more coffee… fun all round.

I’m so happy to be with my friends.
