I am sitting at my regular spot at the coffee shop. Carol and the other ladies aren’t here yet. My month long stay in Seattle, Washington alters my coffee taste buds–I savor the smooth taste I missed. Now, I’m finishing the last page from author, Dr. Wayne Dyer’s book. Here’s my review:
How to Change Life Long, Self-Defeating Thinking Habits: EXCUSES BEGONE! by Author Dr. Wayne W. Dyer is more self-help teaching. For readers who like touchy feely inspirational words, this one is for you. The book is about how changing your thoughts can change your life; how to make dramatic changes in the way you live and how change is in the power of one’s belief. EXCUSES BEGONE says it all, although excuses might well be the other way of thinking.
While I was reading Dr. Dyer’s book I felt like I was taking part in a refresher course—only because I’ve read most of his other books and I’ve practiced many of his principles such as awareness, alignment, contemplation, willingness and compassion, and I’ve benefited from them.
True life examples that Dr. Dyer has given in this book come from his own experiences and that’s what makes Dr. Dyer’s words and exhortations real and trustworthy. He not only gives his readers food for thought he establishes a connection.
How to Change Life Long, Self-Defeating Thinking Habits: EXCUSES BEGONE! Is another excellent self-help book by Dr. Wayne Dyer.
